On June 26th, 1989, a group of experienced personnel and experts in land development including architects, engineers, and scholars jointly founded the Supalai Corporation Limited, a real estate development company for both residential and commercial purposes, with a registered capital of 100 million baht.

In the early stages, the company operated mainly on building housing estate projects with residential single detached houses and townhouses. In later years, the company has expanded its business to development of condominiums, office buildings, resorts, and hotels for commercial purposes, which then became the heart of the company’s missions, including:

Develop all forms of land including housing estates and condominiums for residential purpose, office buildings, and all-in-one shopping centers, etc. The company also deals in trades with both land and real estate properties, as well as offering rental and/or leasing services for real estate, while always upholding the goal in developing society both directly and indirectly

แนวคิดโครงการ

อาคารศุภาลัย แกรนด์ ทาวเวอร์เป็นอาคารสำนักงานรูปทรงวงรี พร้อมยอดโดมงามสง่าโดดเด่นเป็นเอกลักษณ์หนึ่งเดียวบนถนนพระราม 3 โดยออกแบบในรูปทรงวงรี (OVAL SHAPE) เนื่องจากสภาพที่ตั้งอยู่ติดแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา เพื่อให้มองเห็นทัศนียภาพที่กว้างแบบ PANORAMIC VIEW ของแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา บางกระเจ้า สะพานพระราม 9 และสะพานภูมิพล 1 และสะพานภูมิพล 2 และยังออกแบบเพื่อการประหยัดพลังงาน (Energy saving) ด้วยผนังกระจกประหยัดพลังงาน 2 ชั้น
