Was established on 18 March 1974 as a joint venture with investments contributed by Thai businessmen and Takenaka Corporation of Japan after 10 years initial operation as the Bangkok branch of Takenaka Corporation which started in 1964. THAI TAKENAKA INTERNATIONAL LTD. offers its clients complete design and construction services in keeping with the basic philosophy of the parent company, established nearly 400 years ago in 1610 in Japan by master-builders. The guiding principle from the very beginning has been to seek out the best way of combining the skills of architects, engineers, builders and contractors within a single design-build organization. Thus, 

THAI TAKENAKA INTERNATIONAL LTD. will undertake diverse projects and carry them to completion, guaranteeing the best design and the best quality of construction work available in the shortest construction time, all at a very competitive cost. We are able to do this because a single organization handles all aspects of a project from site acquisition, feasibility studies, schematic design and construction documentation phase through actual construction and construction administration. 

These are followed by various post-construction services that depend on the nature of the project. In addition to the above services, THAI TAKENAKA INTERNATIONAL LTD. provides economical designs suited to the geological characteristics and climatic conditions of Thailand, while complying with the pertinent laws and regulations of architecture and building construction. In so doing, THAI TAKENAKA INTERNATIONAL LTD. makes full use of its experience in Thailand accumulated over 48 years of operation.
