Chilled Room is a room to chill products to reduce the temperature of the product before sending for further processing. Temperature in the the Chilled Room has to be fully controlled since products that enters this room has the same external temperature.
Cold Storage Room is a room to keep processed and freezed products to maintain the controlled temperature in a duration of time. Cold storage room has to be hygenic clean, stable and evenly spread out temperature, and absolute humidity to keep the product's freshness.
