Visa Categories for Business Purposes

The Non-Immigrant Business visa has been categorized into the following:

A maximum stay of 90 days is permitted at a time. If you have acquired a 1-year or 3-year visa from the embassy or consulate general office, you will need to exit Thailand every 90 days and return. Remember to obtain a reentry permit before leaving the country. It is highly recommended to apply for a multiple reentry permit once you arrive in Thailand at the immigration office or at the airport when exiting the country.

Application Process

The application for the 3-Year Non-Immigrant Business visa must be submitted to the Royal Thai embassy or the Royal Thai consulate general office in your home country or country of residence. However, please note that the Royal Thai consulate general office is not authorized to issue the 3-Year Non-Immigrant Business Visa. Therefore, it is advisable to check with the relevant authorities before applying to make the process as easy and fast as possible.
