สมใจนึก เทเวศร์ เติมโตมาจากธุรกิจครอบครัวของตระกูลอมรวัฒนา ซึ่งเป็นก่อตั้ง สมใจนึก บางลำภูเมื่อ 2498  ปีใน ปี 2515 สมใจนึก เทเวศร์ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นและแยกออกมาจากสมใจนึก บางลำภู อย่างเป็นทางการ  ในปัจจุบัน สมใจนึก เทเวศร์เป็นหนึ่งในผู้นำในตลาดชุดนักเรียน ที่มุ่งเน้นผลิตชุดนักเรียนคุณภาพ พร้อมทั้งบริการเกี่ยวกับ ชุดนักเรียนอย่างครบวงจรสมใจนึก เทเวศร์ ได้รับวางใจให้เป็นผู้ผลิตชุดนักเรียนอย่างเป็นทางการของโรงเรียนชั้นนำในประเทศไทย

Since 1955, Somchainuk has been synonymous with quality student apparel. Somchainuk started  its student uniform business from a small store in Banglampoo district of Bangkok. In 1972,  'Somchainuk Theves' was founded as a separate entity from Somchainuk Banglumpoo. Today, Somchainuk Theves is one of the country’s best-known student uniform manufacturers and retailers in Thailand. We aspire to be a full-service schoolwear center providing quality apparel and accessories for students in Thailand. Somchainuk Theves is also an authorized student uniform supplier for a number of schools across the country.
