Health and Safety
Vinc always meets Global Project Standards and Compliance in all Health and Safety practices. All our candidates undergo pre-deployment, Project Orientation, Health and Safety training. Medical tests & inoculations as well as Police Clearances are completed in Thailand prior to mobilization.

Legal Requirements
Our team of highly knowledgeable administrative staff provide a streamlined solution to all clients. For Work Permit and Client Accreditation requirements. Individual Files with all required certified documentation are sent with each candidate to the Project.

Supervision
Vinc will appoint a Team Leader to supervise all candidates throughout the mobilization process ensuring a safe and swift, hassle free journey from Mobilization to Feet on the Ground to Demobilization maximizing efficiency.

Daily interaction with employers and workers while contract is running and assisting in problem solutions
