Manufacturing Process
We are an expertise in manufacturing packaging and offset printing product, covering all of the process.
First, Pre-press processes, we used CTP system to produce the offset printing plate (size 1040 x 800 mm.)CTP is the newest technology which is fastest technology in producing the offset printing plate. Also color separation, die-cutting board and artwork design are include in pre-press processes.
Second, Printing process, we installed high efficiency offset printing machines (in both conventional and UV system) with experienced pressman operations for high quality of work.
Finally, After Press process, it is included coating, laminating, Die-cutting, Folding, Gluing and etc. We intend to give our customers the best services with our expertise which meet our customers’ satisfaction.
Product
Non-Corrugated printing product
is the packaging that made from paperboard (such as duplex board, White back – Duplex board, Art card, etc.) without laminating with corrugated paper. This type of packaging is suitable for premium product, display product on the market shelf, and others. It helps added values of the product and also give a good protection to the product while display on the shelf.
The Corrugated printing product
is the type of packaging that made from paper board (such as duplex board, white back-duplex board, Art card, etc.) laminated with corrugated paper (B, E, F and G flute depend on customer specification) to create more thickness and hardness which good for protection during transportation or shipping. This type of packaging is suitable for electric appliances product, Kitchenware, fragile product, large size product and others.
