Our Company
Our Company is pleased to offer rental factories range from 2,700 square meters up to8,100 square meters ideal for customers inSMEs and mid-size businesses, customers wishing to start new businesses or foreigner customers wishing to invest in Thailand. We can help you eliminating time in searching for your own factory location, reducing cost of investment, and reducing necessary expenses. Our project site is located in the zone designated for factories in which factory license can be obtained.
Was established on January 20, 2004 with registered capital of 60 million Baht, having objectives to rent out warehouses. Our first head office is located at 1558/22 Bang Na-Trat Road, Bang Na Sub-district, Bang Na District, Bangkok Metropolis 10260. Our first warehouse project is located at 276/175 Village no.3, Bo Win Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chon Buri Province 20230. All shares areheld by Thai shareholder who is major shareholder until present. The project has a total area of 38 rai which can be divided as follows

We have clear policy to return interest to the society in all aspects as much as we can since 2004. We allocate part of our fund in making donation to several projects for public interest each year such as our support to Bo Win Sub-district Administration Organization, for example.

Ready-Built Factories
1.Factories are designed to have large facility space, offices, and toilets.
2.Rental fee per square meter is lower when comparing to other rental factories or warehouses located in the same area.
3.Height of factory roofs ranges from 9 to 12 meters; crane can be installed or mezzanine floor can be added; factory floor can bear heavy load up to 3.5 tons per square meter; fork lift can be used on the entire area of factories without damaging the floor
4.For well ventilation, factory doors are high quality steel roller doors; offices, toilets, public utilities including water supply, telephone, electricity, parking area are available; road in front of factories are reinforced concrete; trailer can be parked to load or unload cargos in front of factories; rental fee is lower comparing to other factories in the same area.
