ABOUT US
The City Zone started from humble beginnings. CZE started as a small office located at the Malaysian-Prai industrial custom clearance services to other transporters in the area. Through the vision of the company's founders and dedication of it's employees, CZE expanded it's business into other areas of logistic services to fulfill its ambition of becoming a leading Total Logistics Service Provider in the region. The merging with Singapore Listed company Chasen Holdings Limited taken place in year 2008. This assists CZE to expand in a short time of period and establish a wider network.

Today, the group led by Mr.Raj and with Chasen Group of subsidiaries. We operate our own fleet of over 260 vehicles, our own warehouses, and container yards throughout Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and China.

Our offices and warehouse in Malaysia are located in Prai, Subang Jaya, Johor and Bukit Kayu Hitam and in Thailand we have offices and warehouse in Sadao and Bangkok. in Vietnam, we have offices and warehouse in Hai Phong and Hanoi, in China we have office and warehouse in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Hong Kong.

SUPPLY CHAIN
CZE operates vendor and supplier hubs for both domestic and international clients. As hybrid receiving, warehousing and distribution concepts, vendor/ supplier hubs are increasingly being adopted and utilised by multinational corporations to improve inventory management processes and reduce cost by outsourcing all or part of their production supply or retail distribution operations.

CZE's vendor and supplier hub operation includes:

Full responsibility for inventory management
Managing multiple suppliers
Purchase order management
Preparing invoices for supplying goods

Overall efficiencies are realised by utilising vendor and supplier hubs to maximise inventory between the suppliers and multinational corporations. CZE, utilising its freight management and forwarding infrastructure, has the ability to deliver exceptional service and cost-effective logistic solutions for our clients. We are also highly flexible in our service offerings by being able to provide a myriad of uniquely customised solutions to meet all our clients' supply chain strategies.
