OFC Working Process
1. Inbound
When a product moves in the warehouse, our Order Fulfillment Center Service will sort a product type and do an accurate checking of the barcode on every product before arranging it on the shelf and get into a warehouse system
2. Storage
We organize products in the warehouse area efficiently by using Inventory Management, FIFO (First in First Out), and FEFO (First Expire First Out), including storage in the locations by using a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) tool to scan a barcode system that can help you make sure that your customers' products will be kept accurately, and to increase customer confidence and trust by checking Cycle Count every week.
3. Picking & Packing
We have a process for picking and packing with PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) tools to scan barcode systems on products and store locations. To check the products that will be sent to the destination, we are meticulous in packaging using strong and durable packaging. To ensure that the end customer receives the correct and precise product.
4. Delivery
We have a service network partner, ‘BEST Express,’ connecting with the API (Application Programming Interface) system between express transportation and back-end warehouse management system. To reduce the processes and save more time during a delivery product to the end customer, customers can also automatically check a parcel status in real-time. Besides, we also provide additional services to our customers with Invoicing Services: that meet customer satisfaction, such as B2B customer invoicing solution, to reduce the process of issuing DN (Delivery Note).
