Founded in 1982, the firm is currently headed by Mr. Nuttawut Chinawong, a Second Class Honours graduate from Thammasat University. With over 33 years of expertise in litigation, our clients include multinational corporations, financial institutions, trading companies, CEOs, and charitable organizations. ✦LITIGATION SERVICES

Natipatana specializes in all kinds of litigation particularly on corporate, commercial and civil, criminal, bankruptcy and insolvency, construction and real estate, environment, intellectual property and international trade, labour and employment, administrative, transportation and insurance, telecommunication, human rights, and international law matters. Apart from the main case, we provide services in urgent injunction motions as well as the execution of foreign and domestic judgments, including seizure of property and withholding funds. We are also specialized in entering legal proceedings and defense in various judicial levels including, inspectors, public prosecution, specific committees or governmental bodies, and high courts.

✦ARBITRATION SERVICES

We represent clients in both international and domestic arbitration and in challenge, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards proceedings. We are familiar with different arbitral rules, including the Thai Arbitration Institute, the Thai Arbitration Center and the ICC Rules. We have pursued arbitrations against public enterprises on behalf of our client in English and provided researches on Thai law issues in arbitration cases under the auspices of the ICC Rules in Geneva and London.

In addition to our dispute resolution services, We provide legal solutions to client in business and commercial matters. We design, build, and develop strategies to overcome legal challenges concerning business.
