❖Visa Extentsion

List of documents required in obtaining visa

  1. Two recent photographs size 4×6 cm (passport size)
  2. Letter of employment (describing the necessity of employing aliens in this particular position and salary)
  3. The organization chart of the company
  4. List of existing alien employees if any
  5. Copy of passport and work permit application slip
  6. Copy of latest month’s personal income tax form with receipt (por ngor dor 1) of the entire staff of the company
  7. Copy of annual personal income tax forms with receipt of the previous years (por ngor dor 91)
  8. Company balance sheets and income tax with receipt (por ngor dor 50)
  9. Map of the Company’s location
  10. Copy of Company registration certificate and the list of its shareholders
  11. Copy of value added tax (VAT) registration of the company (Por Por 01,09 and 20)
❖Resident Permit
  1. Foreigners who have been permitted to stay in Thailand for the three consecutive years by the date of application are qualified to apply for the residence permit.
  2. Details of the true and exact reasons for requesting the residence permit must be included in the application.

3. Must submit the income tax papers of the previous years and the monthly income tax for the current year.

❖Retirement Visa

Conditions in applying a retirement visa:

  1. Minimum age must be 55
  2. Must bring in foreign currency not less than 800,000 baht or possess the same amount Or must be able to prove the monthly income of not less than 65,000 baht in terms of pension or other type of income
  3. A person not being prohibited from entering the Kingdom

Documents Required for Retirement Visa Application:

  • A copy of visa application form completely filled out
  • Two passport-sized photos of the applicant taken within the past six months
  • Photocopy of the applicant’s travel document with validity not less than 18 months
  • Financial documents (copy) as previously stated
