Thaicheer Powder Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 to manufacture various parts used in automotive, motors, electrical power units, construction, and many other industries. Founded by Mr. Lin Jui-Lung from Taiwan, Thaicheer chose to set up its manufacturing facility in Thailand. Thaicheer is well-known for producing high-quality products at reasonable prices.

With the latest technology and equipment, reliable personnel, high-quality raw materials, and a dedicated quality control department, Thaicheer emphasizes endurance and a meticulous production method. These elements together drive both technology advancement and production capacity alongside quality.

In 2003, Thaicheer obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification. Later, in 2011, the company achieved the ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification, and currently, it holds the updated ISO 9001:2008 certification. Thaicheer continues to increase its production capacity while ensuring quality to meet customer requirements for high-quality, wide-application, reasonably-priced products in a competitive market, along with excellent service.

Product & Service

Thaicheer Powder Metallurgy is a leading manufacturer specializing in producing various component parts using powder metallurgy. These parts are used in a wide range of industries, including sewing machines, automotive, compressors, appliances, and other spare parts such as brakes, gears, pistons, valves, rod guides, bushings, shock absorbers, balance weights, and spacers.

The sintering process at Thaicheer continues to evolve to meet the diverse requirements of customers, producing parts with precision and efficiency.

Our main customers include well-known global brands such as Denso, Janome, Dyna Metal, KYB, Showa Manufacturing, Hitachi, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Toshiba, Brother, Kulthorn, Siam Compressor Industry (Mitsubishi Group), and Panasonic. Thaicheer also provides sizing and oil impregnation services when necessary to ensure the durability and functionality of the components.
