Position: Ocean Export Customer Service
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of export shipment, including bookings, documentation and follow-up
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
- To check/verify buying and selling at the time of booking
- Manage pre-booking/pre-alert to Main freight Network or overseas agent
- Collaborate effectively with the customer, and internal teams, including all relevant teams to manage sea export bookings in accordance with corporate operating instructions & customer requirements to ensure smooth shipment execution
- To ensure that the job is completely created in CW1 with necessary and correct data
- Monitor the daily operation jobs to meet company KPI & customer requirements
- Maintain good relationships with ocean carriers, co-loader and service provider
- Perform an export operations task as assigned
- To take up additional assignments as required to meet the Company's needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with a strong Ocean Export background.
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Work very well under pressure, have self-initiate and be confident
- Self-motivated and self-learning all the time and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good attitude, positive thinking, service mind and teamwork
- Quality and customer satisfaction focused
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in CW1 system is advantage
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 22,000 – 26,000
- Benefit: Provident fund, Social Security fund, Group Insurance
6 working days (Monday-Saturday - Working hours 08:30 – 17:30 hrs)
