was established in September 2000 in the beautiful city of Qingdao in China with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. In 2003, CMS Logistics Group was among the first batch of international freight enterprises to be awarded the First-Grade Agent Qualification for Ocean and Air Cargo Transportation by the Ministry of Foreign and Economic Cooperation at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

CMS Logistics Singapore was then founded in Year 2008 as a hub station for Southeast Asia. Our main business activities are LCL Consolidation, Warehousing and Distribution, and Logistics (Sea freight, Air freight and Land transport). We specialize in hazardous cargo handling. With a team of experienced DG helpdesk, we can handle PSA Group 1, 2 and 3 cargo (IMO 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9) with all Packing Group I, II and III. We also operate our own CFS unit with a secured facility in PSA Keppel Distripark (FTZ). CMS Logistics Group, has a professional team of vast experiences. With our specialty in consolidation and excellent service, CMS has become a leading consolidator with more than 15 branches covering main ports in China and overseas. We have specially-assigned personnel in the following roles such as quotation, loading and haulage, documentation, transhipment information, cargo tracking, customs declaration and clearance, cargo pick-up, inland transportation.

We work closely with customs, branches, subsidiaries, and overseas agencies and are presently handling cargo to more than 70 base ports. All our cargo goes through a strict process to meet international standards of safety to ensure our valued customers’ goods are secure and arrive on schedule.

Customs Clearance

CMS Logistics Group has its own professional customs broker to provide accurate and fast customs clearance services on import and export for air, ocean and inland transportation for our clientele.

We have a team of highly qualified well-experienced customs specialists. We have customs brokers in Shanghai, Dalian, Qingdao, Huangdao and its bonded area, Qingdao Liuting Airport and its bonded area, Hetao Export Processing Zone. Our service includes customs clearance, Certificates of Origin, commodity inspection, quarantine, fumigation, health certificate and so on. We have close cooperative relationships with major shipping lines and transport companies. We also have consolidation service on customs affairs.

Our Trade department focuses on trade agency matters for individuals or companies that do not have a trade license. We also have a one-stop service to meet the respective requirements on domestic commodity supply and overseas sales, including Bill of Lading issuance, settlement and payment of foreign exchange, foreign exchange verification, and export tax reimbursement.
